Floor track systems (or 7th Axis) for robots are specialized tracks installed on the floor, designed to guide and support the movement of the Robot within industrial environments. This provides extended flexibility to the Robots. Floor Track offered by Robo Sapiens is designed using a rack & pinion with Servo Drive System and the system is distinguished by its excellent stability and resistance to contamination. Due to the high degree of rigidity, the Linear Track runs quietly and spreads the load uniformly, even in emergency stop condition. The guides have been precisely fitted into the closed, welded and machined flat.
The entire guiding system has been covered with fix and supported metallic sheet covers for overall length along with Auto Lubrication system, thus not allowing any foreign particles to enter into the guiding system, resulting into increase in the overall life of system and maintaining high accuracy.
